June 16, 2006 Danwood has supplied Marketing Services Solutions, Leeds with a Konica Minolta Bizhub 1050 for the production of overprinted variable data onto a broad range of substrates such as matt, silk or gloss in a variety of non standard sizes. Since installation the company has reported a 25% increase in productivity.

May 22, 2006 Digital printing sales specialist Richard Pole has joined Danwood’s Graphics and Production Systems Division from Litho Supplies. Mr Pole, who will operate in the Midlands and South West regions, will focus upon production systems and software.

September 17, 2005 Greenwich based mail fulfillment house Romax has invested £600,000 in a move to bring digital printing and finishing in-house with an HP Indigo 1050 and Konica Minolta C500 digital press supplied by Danwood’s newly created Graphic and Production Systems division. September 12, 2005 The Danwood Group’s Graphics and Production Systems Division, led by Gerry Mulvaney who is spearheading the company’s advance into the corporate and commercial graphic arts market, will be formally presenting its portfolio of digital printing systems for the first time in London at the Digital Print World (DPW) show at Earls Court in October.

February 28, 2005 The Danwood Group’s Graphics and Production Systems division has signed a distribution agreement to distribute with Konica Minolta’s Bizhub range that includes the CF5001 entry level production colour device as well as the Bizhub pro 1050 high volume mono systems. February 5, 2005 The Danwood Group will be using Northprint 2005 to unveil its new Graphic and Production Systems Division and to launch the new Konica Minolta Bizhub 1050 mono production range of digital printing products including its CF5001 entry level production colour device, as well as the latest products from Ricoh Printing systems (formerly Hitachi Printing Systems).
